my feeling is that chael won't be able to consistently land takedowns against fedor as he did versus wanderlai and rampage. fedor's size and strength advantage will be a factor in neutralizing the wrestling game.

chael was wobbled by some shots that seemed pretty insignificant against wanderlai so I don't think he will be able to absorb the shots from fedor. But if the bell at the end of round one sounds the fight definitely turns in channel's favor. I would peg fedor as around a -150-180 favorite so not too wide of odds

Although he won the fight under RINGS rules, Arona wrestlefucked him, but Fedor had his moments on top as well.

But that fight was 18 years ago, Fedor isn't that Fedor anymore, Sonnen is far less physically imposing than Arona, has a completely different style of wrestling, and far worse BJJ.
