Why would you pick fedors worst wins to evaluate his division? He has way better wins than just zuluzinho & goodridge. Over all fedors division was far tougher than MM's. It's really not even close. HW is always the toughest division to reign in, but MM has faced some weak guys as well.

I'm on the fence about excluding juicers.

On the one hand, I believe that 90% are on something ...or at least they were pre USADA, judging by all the deflated-looking guys we're seeing now.

On the other hand, there are probably a few top guys who were always clean. So a guy who was caught juicing might have edged certain career defining fights because he had that little extra pep in his step. 1-2 fights matter in a P4P discussion.

ex: what would have happened in Jones's fight vs Gus or Cormier if he had been clean? It's really hard to shrug that off.
