Parmigiano, asiago, fresh goat cheese. I used to like brie cheese but I don't dig the taste anymore for some reason. It's for the better tho, that shit is nasty, it's pretty much a bomb of bad fats, sodium and colhesterol and little else, it's got to be one of most unhealthy typeS of cheese out there.

Toe cheese can add a lot if crumbled on top of a salad but it's too mild for pasta dishes though.
