Yes indeed. I was a member of a smaller RuneScape forum back in the day. I didn't even play RuneScape that often, but It left a lasting impression on me.

The whole forum went down in flames when one of the main admins apparently got arrested for CP. After that everyone just sort of moved on to discuss on gamefaqs. And, well understandably so

The only other forum I joined was probably Ninjashoes. They were really odd but nice people.

There was another MMA offshoot that I was on for a month but the owner of the site was reading PMs or something. I got banned when I messaged another poster let's leave because the place was sort of lame. It's been so long that I can't even remember the name.
