Bull Terrier

These should be nicknamed 'Family-Friendly Pitbulls.'

They're slightly smaller, but they're actually stronger, just as active & loyal to their owners.

Imo, a well trained German Shepard is the best dog in the world.

Highly intelligent. Out of the "guard" dog breeds, they are the smartest. Very loyal. Energetic and athletic dogs. Good with families and kids. Alert.

Overall, it is the dog you want with you wherever you go.

Did a service call last week at a house that fosters pups. They had a kelpie and I thought of you. Not a common breed around here that's for sure.

Years ago we raised Akitas. Awesome dogs.

After we lost our last one, we started fostering Labs who were being trained as service dogs for autistic children. They are flat-out the best pets we've ever had. We have a yellow and a chocolate now. We haven't fostered in a while but have a Golden pup coming next month. I'll take credit for training it, but all the housebreaking and social skills will come from my Labs.They'll teach him to go out to do his business and keep him in line.They help with sit/stays etc. Just amazing boys.

Mine is actually a Bagel hound, half Beagle, half Bassett hound. But she looks and acts like a Beagle. Super sweet, absolutely loves people, very intelligent, lots of personality, energy. Cons; that fucking nose. If she catches a scent, she's not coming back until she runs it down.
