Favorite dog breeds?

Or mutts like our Greek freak rescue dog.

Rottweilers also score highly although I've never had one. Yet.

I’ve spoken about it before—but I grew up with a German Shepherd and I’ve owned 3 in my life. Hands down my favorite breed.

most chilled breed ever. My aunt had one. At a family BBQ as a kid, I remember one of my idiot cousins decided it would be a great idea to smack her on the head with a metal food bowl. She only growled softly. Meanwhile my uncle laid down the smack on the kid, justice served.

Had a similar experience with mine. Three year old kid down the street was over the house with his mom and he was petting our retriever nicely until he thought it would be fun to start pulling the dog's ears. The dog didn't growl or retaliate just stood up and walked away into the next room. Good fellow he was.

A guy goes to a hospital and this happens:
He lies down on the bed thingy and waits.
A big black Labrador comes in and sniffs the dude from head to toe. Then, a cat comes in and checks him out. A month later, he gets a bill for $1,500.

"What was this for?!" he said as he was on the phone with the doctor.

"Oh," she said, looking into his records, "that was for the Lab Test and the Cat Scan."

Dogs can’t operate MRI machines
But CAT scan.

Only pitbulls that have killed other dogs in a drained pool and eaten at least 3 kids.

Goldens and Labs are bar none the best family dogs you could have. If you walk into a house with a Golden you have never met, you will have a best friend immediately lol.

I have 2, a rescue "Podcake" Golden Carolina Dog, and a Leonberger. The Leo is a great watch dog and is good if you introduce her, but if a stranger just walks in my house without permission, it is a problem.
