In that movie "Law Abiding Citizen"

He murdered his cell mate with a t-bone. Shit was so violent and nasty bros, dude had food in his mouth still and he just stabbed the fuck out of his neck.

In this vid it's darken but check out the movie, It's pretty good, don't remember it too much, I've only seen it once but remember enjoying it.
