Fat people vs. buffets

this reminds me of an episode of one of those court tv shows i once saw.
lady sues owner of all you can eat chinese buffet for cost of dry cleaning and car upholstery cleaning because the bathrooms were locked and she had an accident in her pants. the lady had been eating there for over 4 hours so the owner slipped laxatives into the egg drop soup that he gave her and locked the bathroom doors so that she would have to leave and find a bathroom elsewhere. the whole back and forth between them was hilarious. iirc she won the case since there was no time/eating limit posted in the restaurant.

usually I see time limits posted now in buffets or they have scheduled shut down times in between meals.
