Fair DUI Flyer

Naah. Most people are not driving around with a taillight out or expired tags. Those individuals are in the minority.
i meant the presenting of a flyer as opposed to actually engaging the officer. I know it's worked for you, but I think over time that luck will run out.

My skin isn't white, my car
isn't a mercedes, and Im
not in a high income area...

I'd get my ass beat.

Your mini raps are wasted on us. Please go to a studio and record them and become too rich for sherdog. I am really afraid someone is going to steal your sweat poetry and run shit on BET.

Technically there is also no law stating that you need your drivers licence if you are just using your car for daily commute.

A worthwhile update on this. There are pending lawsuits due law enforcement making arrests due to people using the flyer. Law enforcement in turn has been caught lying under oath. Think they will suffer any repercussions?

We created a GoFundMe to help pay for the cost of fighting all of this in court. Please chip in.

Update on the court cases:

1. In federal court, the police and city defendants moved to dismiss the claims against them. Warren just submitted his opposition to the motion. We hope to have a ruling on that from the judge in the next few months, and then hopefully the case will move forward.

We will post the documents on FairDUI.org soon.

1. In the photo at top you can see Sergeant Escobar testifying. We caught him and the city in a whopper of a lie that will be in a video we'll share with you soon.
2. In state court, Warren will soon file the brief on appeal. The federal case is the really important one, but we'd like to get things right in state court too.

1. It's not our case and it's not about DUI, but there was a big border checkpoint case involving a friend of Fair DUI and PINAC. Unfortunately the Supreme Court left him (and us) hanging. Read more about that in Reason.

Please chip in on our GoFundMe

Thanks!
