Fabricio Werdum joins PFL, sees himself fighting ‘two more years’

IDK why even waste my time arguing with a simpleton like you. I actually dont give 2 shits about your opinion. Keep believing what you want, keep trying to convince others of your idiotic unpopular opinions, keep enjoying Jake Hagger fight some 40 year old dudes. Peace out.
Grow up boy because your comment is what a child responds with not an adult. You don't like my opinion, agree to disagree. But you respond with some childish hissy fit name calling. You don't care about my comments then stop responding to them boy.

Honestly dude, I would say at a low estimate that 98% of Bellator viewers also watch UFC. They run their shows on a different night for a reason.
Casual viewers are the largest segment of viewers not hardcore fans. There is a reason why the lavish walkouts and the introductory to new signees at events. It's to introduce the large segment of casual viewers to see how so much fun Bellator is and so on and so forth. Irrelevant now because thank goodness fans will not be tortured with a rematch of some long ago fight of two past their prime MMA fighters that Scott Coker just can't let go of doing. Now viewers get to see Fabricio Werdum in the PFL with fresh matchups, be it good or be it bad, but fresh matchups to introduce him to a new audience and give exposure to his opponents to newer and larger audience for them to get name recognition.

Dude likes to have the craziest (or dumbest however you want to call it) ideas and will get defensive when people disagree to his madness. And he doesnt like to be wrong so he will rationalize whatever incoherent opinion he has and defend it to the death to avoid admitting he was wrong.
Apparently you don't like to be wrong, but you are blind to that fact. And as usual of your childish comments, anything you disagree is some sort of name calling insult. And look at you defending your dumb comments, since you wish to label my comments dumb. And you are trying to rationalize your comments and defend them to the death. You re so blind you can't even see your crap.

Bro, PFL fans dont know UFC fighters, only PFL fighters lmao.
Look at the child with his predictable butthurt childish comments. You're rreally hurt by my comments that you needed a cheerleader to comfort you. Hahaha hahaha hahaha

I think Big Titty could be a challenge. He became a bit of a meme after the Blaydes loss, but he's a good fighter if a bit boring.

I would see that one going like the Tybura fight, Titties doesn't have the power or overall striking to consistently take rounds off Werdum imo. In a straight striking match the winner isn't clear cut, but with the threat of Werdum's groundwork he shouldn't have too much trouble outworking him on the feet, and if he can score takedowns consistently it would be even easier.

I had a look at their roster and I still think Goltsov might be his most dangerous opponent style-wise if he really turns a corner. A strong specialist can go from extremely shit to extremely dangerous fairly quickly with relatively fewer and easier adjustments than a journeyman type like Willis becoming way better overnight, and he's also young for heavyweight (that's not to say Goltsov really sucks, but he's not nearly as good as his highlights make him look atm).

For sure. I remember he made some long winded threads like "how can bader be a favorite over Mitrione" and the odds weren't even wide. His whole stick was bader had 1 hw fight, and I pointed out odds will always favour a wrestler and bader should be even higher because he was the only fighter in his prime the tournament.
He made the same thread about Johnson vs Kongo with also tiny odds margin, and sure Johnson rushing in got ktfo, BUT the rematch showed how that fight could have easily been Johnson's by superior wrestling.

You missed his "Jake Hagger is a good prospect and showed a lot of promise in his last fight" thread. While you may agree or disagree with that statement, you shouldnt get defensive or upset at anyone not agreeing with that sentiment...not him, though. Anyone who disagreed is bla bla bla bla im sure you know where this is going.

Golstov has one of the best jabs in the sport imo, can cause issues for sure.

I personally don't understand what all these rematches 10 years past a fighter's prime would solve. We know who won at their best, why again? That's just me though. I guess there's nostalgia appeal.

Werdum in the PFL would be more interesting to me as there's more unknown variables and it would be cool to see a 43 year old to sub all of those PFL HWs and win a cool million while making PFL more watchable. Werdum beating Fedor again and vice versa would not surprise me in the least. Legend fights have no real bearing on the Bellator title picture.

Also, the PFL schedule is brutal for finalists. If Werdum makes the finals, that's 5 fights in a year. More Werdum to watch.

That's what you're not getting in this case. Fedor was not at his best in 2010 he was already declining by 2008. They both have declined a lot since then but it would still be a good fight and an interesting match up.

I think Fedor would beat him in a rematch but I think Werdum going to the PFL for 1-2 years will earn him more money than fighting Fedor and whoever else he would fight in 1-2 years.

I love PFL's tournament format, but 10 events in a year really is lacking.

They need to make it atleast 12 events a year.
