Exercise DVDs are shocking cheap.

I am confused that you think Blu ray players don't also play dvds.
I am not going to lie. I don't even own a Blu Ray player. There is no need to own a physical disc in today's world.

I have a lot of blu rays and dvds. Honestly, my drive gets the most use in burning copies from redbox so I can watch them later at my leisure and then I delete them. If I was smarter, I would have gotten a highspeed drive for my laptop and burned a copy while grocery shopping Everyone wants to say why don't you just download them but there is so much bullshit with torrents and stuff when I can just spend one or two dollars to get a clean recording. I don't have a huge archive anyplace but I don't get stuck paying late fees.

Also, it is likely your local library is a tremendous library for movies. You don't get them when you want but they are free and their catalog exceeds any streaming service.

Depends on personal tolerance. You might be able to still do them safely based on the shape of your clavicle and scapula. Jeff is always fear mongering on his channel.

You got nocebo'd bro.

There’s other workouts for the shoulders so it’s okie dokie

I ain't gonna lie yall.... Billy got me in shape back in the day.
