Social Even Democrats now agree : No Russian Collusion

Why don't you read back a few pages? We cited statutes, articles, federal prosecution manuals, and even found your homeboy's source material (a CNN commentator). We brought the substance. The only substance Mike brought was the crack he's smoking.

Didn't Mike say he had to go someplace? I could've sworn he stated this earlier...

the problem is anyone can you see you are spinning everything you post and I lay down facts that you do not touch because you cannot.

Want to make this very clear, progressives have never thought there is collusion. Pisses me off that people think center right networks like CNN and MSNBC are "liberal". Why the fuck would the liberal base support this witchunt when the entire point is that the revealation that Hillary and her people rigged the primary against us as"interference in our election"? It's like someone gets cheated on and they rage against the person who told them, it's degrading af.

I've always been clear that attacking Trump on Russia was stupid cause there's either nothing there or something there that'll seem like blue balls compared to the hype. So many real things to attack the man over but corporate "liberal media" agrees with him on those so they attack Trump for degrading our institutions(fuck people who defend institutions for the sake of it) for not being polite while giving a pass to people to agree with the real atrocities Trump is committing on taxes, the environment, health care and the judiciary. The Russia investigation was always the biggest obsctacle to Democratic victory in 2020 because it was a battle that Dems couldn't win. Yeah Roger Stone's in prison well Roger Stone's probably committed more crimes in his life than year's he's been alive doesn't really say anything he's just that sort of dude where if you put him under a miscroscope something will be there.

You mean they're not?

That's news to me and many here. <LikeReally5>

Please elaborate.

And again. Mike "Just the Facts" Mann writes up a bet that would get laughed out of the bet thread.

I'm actually starting to really like the guy. No poster since the Homer days has provided this level of Lulz

THROW IN THE FUCKING TOWEL!!!!!

Fuck it......If he dies, he dies.

A fact according to someone besides you? You need to throw in the towel. You might feel a little stinging. But that’s pride fucking with you. Fuck pride. You lost.
lost by winning. You can keep trolling and claim a win but everyone can see you are ducking the facts.

- Fact : Trump calls for Russia to hack Hilary and help his campaign (video evidence available)
- Fact : Russia the same day begins hacking the DNC and a social media campaign to impact voting districts to sway voters from Hilary to Trump (FBI, CIA, Homeland Security and NSA confirmed)
- Fact : Manafort sends internal polling data to Russian agents which is against the law. Simply sending them breaks the law even if they never used them. FACT

happy to bet on the above and substantiate all fact for anyone who disputes.

Can you stick to a topic? The topic is Manafort’s sharing of polling data being illegal per se, which you say is when it’s not illegal per se

Well yeah. I know it is news to many that's why it's so frustrating, if I thought people didn't believe that it wouldn't be.

They are liberal on social issues, conservative on economic issues. They are anti Trump and to someone who supports Trump this is equated as "liberal" cause liberal is generally seen as the other team. But they aren't liberal and if you viewed the news as a liberal you'd understand that. The things they condemm Trump are, are things third way Democrats and neocons would condemm Trump over not things liberals would. CNN and MSNBC are against the progressive agenda. Conservatives have veered so far to the right that conservatives confuse hostility towards them as friendliness towards their opponents.

MSNBC was actually liberal for a brief time during the early 2010's there was a drastic shift to the right the last 3 or 4 years though, you can see that in how their lineup has changed and how the messaging of the people who remain like Rachel Maddow's has changed. CNN has always been pro corporate centrist, been quite consistent on that and if you call them the pro Clinton network well that's what the Clinton's are, third way Democrats and that's CNN's main constituency.

CNN and MSNBC's main bias technique is also story selection rather than clear biased reporting on real stories like Fox tends to do. CNN and MSNBC tend to bury liberal stories and just not report them or barely report them while Fox reports them but mocks liberals and comes at it from the other side.

CNBC is even more conservative than all the other networks mentioned above they just do it in a different way.

But yeah can find a lot of conservatives talking about Fox in a positive light, can't really find non neolibs praising CNN and MSNBC's coverage cause they don't they hate it, but in a bubble you see them as enemy's so they naturally are aligned with your other enemy's.

“Can you cite some of those “facts” from statute, or a treatise or a Law review article or something?”

“Yes”

@TheBlondBomber

I stated from the outset of our conversation that I am speculating <JagsKiddingMe>as of course as a dilettante on Sherdog, I am not aware of the totality of the evidence that the special counsel has accumulated, which is what Brennan said today even of the senate and house investigations.

You edited your first post (which was you jumping into a conversation I was having with someone else where I said "it is against federal law for a political campaign to accept help, or to solicit help, from a foreign government") to ask about the statute that Manafort would be prosecuted under if Meuller wanted to charge him for sharing the polling data (which we only know about because it was accidentally revealed to the public by a mistake via Manafort's lawyers), after I responded to your original question about why Meuller wasn't charging Manafort for this incident when I said "that charge would have been more difficult to prove, and was probably based on intelligence sources that they may not want to expose." Like the feds did with Capone, it's easier to get a savvy criminal on low hanging fruit than to go after something that is difficult to prove. When it comes to Kilimnik, we are dealing with someone associated with Russian intelligence who isn't going to get caught on a security camera at 7-11 conspiring with Manafort to undermine the US election.

All along though you have wanted to play the pedant lawyer and quash any speculations (which I am basing on the chronic and egregiously shady behavior of Manafort and Kilimnik) by defining their interactions as only being Manafort sharing the polling data with Kilimnik in a vacuum (which, even then, you are not willing to speculate as to a plausible reason how it was Manafort "helping"Kilimnik), as if Kilimnik is not connected with Russian intelligence, and as if Russian intelligence did not interfere with the election that the polling data was about, and demanding that the publicly known evidence correlate perfectly with that statute in order to determine any illegality. You are losing the forest for the trees, if Manafort wasn't soliciting help from Kilimnik by giving him data to weaponize to his campaign's benefit , then why else would he given it to him? Feel free to speculate.
