I honestly dont even think the list should be released. Authorities should have access to it and any sort of criminal activity that can be proven should be prosecuted.

But the problem is merely being on Epstiens list is not an indicator of any nefarious activity, and releasing the names will automatically be guilt by association, even if they just had a working relationship with Epstein, which a large amount of wealthy, influential people did. Its sort of like evidence in court thats probative value is outweighed by how prejudicial the evidence is.

I'm quite sure there'd be some cultists that'd be living in denial, just like after Biden's debate in June many of his sycophantic supporters just said "he had a bad night."

But just like the majority of Biden's supporters knew in June, the majority of Trump's supporters would know if evidence leaked about Trump's involvement with Epstein... that they'd need to back another horse.

The difference is with Biden that actually happened, and with Trump its just hypothetical.

There's already the interview with Trump where he describes him as a terrrific guy who parties with very young girls, and the video of him telling a small child in the lobby of Trump Tower that he'll probably be dating her in a few years time.

These aren't hypothetical things, they're serious red flags.

He’s not terrified. He’s absolutely correct in believing he’s above the law at this point. His supporters would find a reason to not believe anything negative about him, no matter how damning the evidence. There could be a ton of videos of him doing it and it wouldn’t convince them.
