I worked in international trading and the people I
had the most problem understanding were Scottis & Indian.
 
In my opinion its USA, but many people say it's Singapore.

Southern Americans and British people (<-just because you invented it doesn't mean you can't butcher it).

I've been told I have a thick "Canadian" accent from people. Whatever the fuck that means. (I'm pretty sure it just means I really pronounce my O-Us)

All vowels exaggeratedly pronounced would be thick Canadian accent.
 
Northeast accent? Ct and western MA essentially have what is called the American accent, Maine, eastern MA, VT and New Hampshire all sound different.
