"cultural christianity" is spoken about by philosophers and thinkers alike. why do you say its not a thing man? not looking for a fight here just curious your perspective.
Christian doctrine is founded on the idea that Christ was god and we should worship him or go to hell and be tortured forever. It’s black and white.
that does not in any way answer the question of why you think a cultural christian is not a thing. ive heard this referenced in countless scholarly works. but the last time I heard a reference to it was from jerry garcia who when asked if he was christian said he could not not be, being raised in the west makes you culturally christian. from that answer I knew he had been reading.
Your God is nonexistent. I wish that entity was here. It isn't, and no matter how many paragraphs you type to explain how God is there and all powerful and all that it doesn't make it so. The place of punishment and damnation is never called Hell in the new Testament. It's a pagan/Greek concept known as Hades, which if taken literally is an otherworldly darkness in which humans and gods alike can ascend from.
