He's buying registrations.So you can't say who?

Tell me this, this is a perfect example of the left’s lack of self-awareness. clearly elon has done nothing wrong, and certainly there is nothing wrong about him conditioning the sweepstakes on being a registered voter. there’s no reasonable way to interpret that as paying people to register. that should be obvious because it’s open to people who are already registered to vote. no reasonable prosecutor would file a case, or even threaten legal action. that in itself is a first amendment violation.
the bigger picture is that a few years ago, everyone agreed that politicizing the justice system was off limits. but now you’re so used to it, you think you’re entitled to lock up people you hate under any pretext. it’s time for you to take your own medicine.

I don’t think he’ll be telling you anything until he reaches 500 posts on his new account.Tell me this,
Since Elon received his notice in the mail.
How many people have been awarded money from Elon since..?
That right there will tell you if it was Right or Wrong…
which one of these things in not like the other.Well, suddenly this PAC's subterfuge is a lot less scandalous.
Elon cares not much about selling cars anymore, robots , power generation, power storage and Al are where he's looking and that's probably a wise position I hate to sayTesla beat its quarterly results but the CFO sold all his holdings after the announcement the CFO is the second one in the last year the other one left the company after dumping the shares he held. But it gets better Elon net worth jumped 33 billion after the announcement. Something smells fishy with all these numbers just saying.
Elon Musk $1 million voter lottery suit sent back to state court
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday returned to state court a lawsuit against billionaire Elon Musk and his political action committee over their $1 million daily giveaway to registered voters.
- A federal judge in Pennsylvania returned to state court a lawsuit against Elon Musk and his political action committee over their $1 million daily giveaway to voters in swing states.
- The order came a day after the lawsuit by city District Attorney Larry Krasner was removed to federal court at the request of the Tesla CEO Musk and his America PAC.
- Krasner's lawsuit accuses Musk and the PAC, who are supporting Donald Trump over Kamala Harris, of running an illegal lottery.
Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner's request to block Musk and his America PACfrom awarding any more prizes to voters in Pennsylvania will be heard Monday morning by a judge in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, according to a docket entry.
A hearing on Krasner's request began in that state court Thursday morning. But the hearing soon ended after a judge there said Musk's removal of the case to federal court prevented any action in the state court.
Krasner accuses Musk and the PAC of operating an illegal lottery and of trying to influence voters in the presidential election between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.
Musk and the PAC, who are backing Trump, also are accused in the suit of violating state consumer protection laws.
U.S. District Judge Gerald Pappert in his ruling Friday returning the case to the Court of Common Pleas dismissed arguments by Musk's lawyers that the suit should be handled in Philadelphia federal court because it references the upcoming presidential election.
"But federal question jurisdiction does not turn on a plaintiff's motivations in filing suit; it turns on whether the legal issues arising from the claims originate in federal or state law," wrote Pappert, who was appointed by former President Barack Obama.
Pappert said the defendants had not identified "any question of federal law" that must be resolved in the DA's favor "in order to prove either state-law claim."

it looks like elon musk has been caught committing voter fraud for the trump campaign. he has been caught creating text chains and web sights giving the impression that they are from the kamala harris campaign. the text chains and web sights target specific groups and then push policy positions that those groups are likely to disagree with and that are NOT kamala's actual positions.
tons of other not illegal but outside of the norm actions by elon are also covered in this segment by kalinski. original source linked below also.

Now add in both Trump and Elon, one a billionaire and former president and the other the richest person in the world, both of which OWN THEIR OWN SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, whining about being silenced and not having freedom of speech. Has there ever been two people in the history of the world with greater reach and larger microphones, I wonder. Just think about how absurd the notion is.So Elon Musk, a dude worth over $260,000,000,000 is bribing people to vote for the billionaire candidate that promised to put him in charge of overseeing regulations on the very companies that he owns?
I see we've reached Peak Capitalism.
Oh wait, and you're telling me these two billionaires have convinced half the country that they're actually for the lower and middle class?
So Peak Stupidity as well, then?
A good heuristic to see if a "Liberal" has gone too far is if they not only want policy surrounding misinformation but if they have a pathological desire to fight it.Genuinely shocked at how many people seem to have their panties in a twist over alleged misinformation. That's been the norm for a very long time now on both ends. If you're dumb enough to take anything outrageous at face value you deserve to be duped.
