Tesla beat its quarterly results but the CFO sold all his holdings after the announcement the CFO is the second one in the last year the other one left the company after dumping the shares he held. But it gets better Elon net worth jumped 33 billion after the announcement. Something smells fishy with all these numbers just saying.
 
Genuinely shocked at how many people seem to have their panties in a twist over alleged misinformation. That's been the norm for a very long time now on both ends. If you're dumb enough to take anything outrageous at face value you deserve to be duped.

PHILADELPHIA, Oct 31 (Reuters) - A Pennsylvania state judge said on Thursday he would not immediately move forward with a lawsuit that seeks to stop Elon Musk's $1 million voter giveaway ahead of the Nov. 5 U.S. presidential election.

At a hearing in Pennsylvania, Judge Angelo Foglietta said he would place the lawsuit on hold while a federal court considers whether to take up the case.
Musk's bid to move the case frees him to continue the giveaway, because the matter likely won't be resolved until after Tuesday's election.

The billionaire entrepreneur, who is spending heavily to back Republican Donald Trump, had been ordered to attend the hearing but did not appear.
Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner is seeking to halt the giveaway less than a week before the tightly contested presidential election between Trump and Democrat Kamala Harris.

Krasner, who championed progressive causes when running for district attorney, accuses Tesla (TSLA.O)
, opens new tab CEO Musk and his political action committee America PAC of hatching an "illegal lottery scheme to influence voters."

Musk has been giving $1 million checks to randomly selected people who sign a petition pledging support for free speech and gun rights.
The offer is limited to registered voters in one of seven states that will likely decide the outcome of the Nov. 5 election - Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

Musk gave away the first $1 million at an Oct. 19 America PAC rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania's state capital.

U.S. District Judge Gerald Pappert in his ruling Friday returning the case to the Court of Common Pleas dismissed arguments by Musk's lawyers that the suit should be handled in Philadelphia federal court because it references the upcoming presidential election.
"But federal question jurisdiction does not turn on a plaintiff's motivations in filing suit; it turns on whether the legal issues arising from the claims originate in federal or state law," wrote Pappert, who was appointed by former President Barack Obama.

Pappert said the defendants had not identified "any question of federal law" that must be resolved in the DA's favor "in order to prove either state-law claim."

Now add in both Trump and Elon, one a billionaire and former president and the other the richest person in the world, both of which OWN THEIR OWN SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, whining about being silenced and not having freedom of speech. Has there ever been two people in the history of the world with greater reach and larger microphones, I wonder. Just think about how absurd the notion is.

A good heuristic to see if a "Liberal" has gone too far is if they not only want policy surrounding misinformation but if they have a pathological desire to fight it.
