I don’t disagree, but I think it would probably take a constitutional amendment. Some things could probably be done by law, but I don’t think we could eliminate lobbying altogether that way.

How about some analyses of what can be cut from each organization, which job positions and how many, and then doing it legally with legislation where the cuts are done over a 3 or 5 year period or something?
