Elections Elizabeth Warren likely is running for President

Are you on Warren's PR staff? She apparently took it literally too.

All she had to do was be herself and not make it seem fake....but hey she damn near deep throated that bottle I’ll give her that at least

It had a small fringe group of support on the left during the primaries, but it wasn't "denounced" and it wasn't a single person.

You're correct that the right jumped on it and ran like crazy, but Trump was a minor figure on the right at the time, evidenced by the fact that he decided not to try and compete against Romney in '12. Oh, and was actually finally urged to run by none other than Bill Clinton.

By this criteria in a country this large we can basically make up movements and usually be telling the truth. People forget now but Trump was actually doing well in the polls in 2011(think he was second behind Romney) and was being talked about a lot in the media for the several weeks and months before he was skewered by Obama the night of the Bin Laden killing at the White House Correspondents dinner(which tbh might be responsible for everything that's happened since given Trump's personality). After that interest in the birther controversy faded, Obama quietly released his birth certificate and a humiliated Trump didn't end up running and came out of nowhere several years later with his announcement. But for that window he was dominating the headlines.

Feel free to point to 1 single poll on real clear politics that supports that claim.

That’s not how American politics works.

Nope, thats just how math works, more people voted for Hillary than Trump, ergo Hillary was more popular.

Liz getting lambasted for this tweet lol.

If she was trying to say that it would be hypocritical to take a salary while her constituents were going unpaid, she could have been more clear.

She doesnt stand a chance, there is so much to be used against her, to undermine her via her own words, attempts to claim minority victimhood...hell, even the very items in her own home is going to be her undoing.

Right, and for that literally meaningless accomplishment, she now gets to tour Costco.

Like I said, that’s not how American politics works.

It means that Trump isnt as popular as you guys think, it was an statistical anomaly. A few thousand voters here and there.

But that wasn't what Lewis was implying in that statement which was given after a very specific question from a reporter about Bernie's civil rights work - 'I never met Sanders, ...... I've met Bill and Hillary Clinton'

The implication is that Bill and Hillary were some sort of civil rights activists (certainly more so than Bernie) that Lewis had known from back in the day - clearly not the case.

What you are saying was implied is just things you're inventing in your head. He

He said she was found to be more popular via the popular vote.

She objectively was. If 3 people like you and 4 like the other guy, he's more popular than you, regardless of electoral ("legal" as Rod put it) outcome.

What do you take the term "popular vote" to mean?
