Elite boxers in ufc would crush UFC fighters

Elite soccer players would crush UFC fighters.
It is true that theres alot of "fans" that have an inferiority complex about MMA and hold practically anything else in higher esteem, because its been around longer.

I was watching teofimo vs lomachenko and I couldn't help but think, guys like canelo, tank Davis and teofimo would scorch all UFC fighters around there class. Like mma is still in like the rockem sockem robots. The boxers I mentioned seem so much faster and accurate and like I noticed with elite boxers they're thinking about like three combos to hit you with after they throw there combo or get hit with one.

This is just DUMB. Non of those guys can wrestle or grapple.

Wrestling is the skill that takes the longest to learn. You literally need to wrestle for over a decade to be competitive at the UFC level.

All of those guys you listed would get absolutely dominated by unranked guys in the UFC.

You don’t understand how different skillsets in fighting work

Because unlike MMA, those sports get A level athletes lol

There is a reason why no elite, top-of-their-game boxer ever decides to take a trip to the UFC. And it's not just money either. Yeah, Canelo in the UFC would be a fucking handful if you decide to play his game, but why would anyone do that?

I say this a little tongue-in-cheek, but thinking a boxer is the best fighter is like thinking the best kicker in the NFL is the best football player in the league.

We had James toney but he was already fat old and out of shape. And we've seen adesanya and periera with almost no grappling become champions, so I don't know why it's a thing that couldn't happen

Those guys boxing MMA guys? Yeah, we have seen that, the only "exceptions" have been Jake Paul fights but those are next to rigged exhibitions honestly, but i guess only proves it more, he is a low level boxer beating former MMA champions, and he might beat more recent champions, Strickland was his more recent target but it never happened.

Prime Conor Mcgregor got OUTCLASSED by old man Floyd, Ngannou embarrased Fury with a pretty good performance and then got put to sleep by Joshua who didnt took him lightly.

If MMA guys were as good as elite boxers they would be boxers...period.

Boxers crossing to MMA? rarely actually works, Holm did it but womens MMA and boxing are trash, James Toney came in for a paycheck, Mercer did alright i believe, but it wasnt in the UFC, Clay Collard (PFL) did average on both sports, i think he beat a couple of prospects and then stopped boxing on a 4 fight losing streak while alternating wins and loses in MMA.

Ngannou lost to Fury by a big margin. He had a knockdown and landed maybe one good blow. The rest was fury pot shotting and never being in any trouble

Yes, thats a pretty good performance when it comes to MMA guys against Elite boxing guys, he ended up on his feet and not beaten up.

Ngannou arguably beat Fury in his first ever boxing match, flooring his ass in the process. Logan Paul fought Mayweather to a draw just because he was a bit bigger. Jake Paul doesn't take fights he's going to lose and he has Canelo on his radar, he's literally going to KO Canelo, just wait. Boxing has been exposed.

Congrats to boxing though, they have shown that they can win most boxing matches, after specifically training that one thing for their entire lives, against other athletes that have to limit themselves to that specific discipline. They couldn't even take over K-1 or BKFC because of the slight rules changes. Roy Jones was terrified to fight some bareknuckle guy in his own sport due to the ultra slight rule changes nullifying all the efficacy of his "martial arts"

Meanwhile here in reality former MMA fighter Tenshin Nasukawa is about to become a top 10 boxer in his weight class after he wins this weekend: https://www.tapology.com/fightcenter/events/122008-nakatani-vs-cuellar

When's the last time a top boxer became a top 10 ranked fighter in MMA?
Tenshin is awesome. Such a fun fighting style. Although I don't know if I'd call him a former MMA fighter. He's more of a kickboxer who did a bit of MMA and is now boxing.

I haven't watched him box but I'm sure he's great at that too.

Edit:

lol his combat sports record is completely insane

5-0 Pro Boxing
4-0 Pro MMA

42-0 Pro Kickboxing
(Wins over Horiguchi, Rodtang)

99-5-3 Amateur Kickboxing

The guy is 51-0 in professional combat sports, but many people have only seen his one loss, an exhibition boxing match with Floyd Mayweather.

For me it’s the Jazz bass. Such a versatile instrument. The P-bass sounds killer in recordings and in live settings, but the versatility and playability of the J just makes me want to explore and push my creative boundaries. I’ll likely be buried with my J bass. It’s a 1993 USA made type with a maple fretboard. Something about that maple just snaps when you’re attacking those strings. I had a rosewood fretboardJ bass, same color and almost same year, but I sold it after hearing that maple mama. Of course, I dabbled in more exotic tones like the Rickenbackers and Warwicks, but that’s another story for another day.
Rickenbackers have awful bridges, Im glad hipshot made a great replacement.

Now one pickups config I think about is a Stingray pickup paired with a old school P bass, the one that is a single piece.

If elite football and basketball players trained for 6 months they would crush UFC heavyweights. They are A level athletes. MMA is for B and C+ level athletes.

The "almost no grappling" were already a couple of years of grappling.
