I'm not sure if killing of all the farm birds does much good. At least a few books i've read takes a dim view on the practice.

It looks like a main way Trump hopes to lower prices is with cheat energy prices. One of the big costs for food is transportation costs. Lower energy prices should help with lowering food prices.
