I'm just hoping they give this Kingpin the dignity and respect he deserves similar to what the Daredevil series did and NOT what the Hawkeye series did.

Agreed, Hawkeye made him an afterthought. Also thought this new video was great……

They better bring back the barely controlled menace that D'Onofrio exuded in the DD series.

His physical acting of just that simmering rage and a man who struggles to keep it in check was awesome. Gave kingpin such depth and any scene with him had immediate stakes.

Exactly my response. I have a bad feeling they will Nerf the fuck out of Kingpin and he'll be taken down in hand to hand combat by a one-legged girl he outweighs by around 200lbs

It looks good, but that's not the problem. The problem is that all of Marvel's stuff looks good in a trailer and the final product is bad. No reason to expect this to be any different.

I’ll watch for d'onofrio‘s Kingpin but I hope they take inspiration from the Netflix show.
