Yet again you are doing the same thing you often do. You are mounting an arguement against something I never said. This is just semi accurate rambling on that basically aligns with what you first said and I went along with.Calories aren’t burned the same ,and you actually train your body to burn fat quickly bc a high protein diet produces lean muscle tissue , lean muscle does burn more calories than fat, even at rest .Calories are not all burned or utilized by the body in the same way, and the source of those calories matters. Factors like the type of food Muscle tissue is more metabolically active so once again you are wrong.
Your trying so consistently desperately to be right on this forum it’s becoming laughable, I’m an actual athlete and here you are again trying to tell me opposite stuff .
You should take your Mental hotline advise and call in , someone get this man a straight jacket . Lol
If you just want to fight for no reason then fuck off but if you have the jam to have an actual constructive discussion then at least stay on point ffs.
You said "Everyone talking about calories but that’s actually not the main factor"
I said -"calories are in fact the main factor, they are a unit of measure of energy, that's why you keep referring to them and "energy" "
So argue that if you please.
This can't be that hard to understand, my mistake is falling for your trolling because the misinformation you leave out for the innocent to consume bothers me. I've got to work on doing a better job of realizing that I can't protect the world from internet idiots.
Signed, an actual athlete lol ( what a fucking weird thing to say )
