EA Sports UFC 2 announced

Each new mma game since UFC undisputed 2009 sold very poorly. 2010, ea sports mma, undistributed 3 and ea sports last UFC game were all bombs. More proof that mma is dying

I actually prefer UFC undisputed 2009 to everything else. When you landed a power shot, the opponent actually reeled back. In EA UFC, and even in Undisputed 3, you can throw bombs and it looks like your opponent barely got fazed. Also the learning curve wasn't all that steep.

The game was soooo bad no fluidity to the controls at all and EVERY SINGLE TAKEDOWN WAS THE ANGLE SLAM.

Unidisputed 3 perfected the gameplay who knows how much better it could have got if Dana didnt jump ship to shitty EA.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that Dana probably knows fuck all about the video game, aside from who is on the cover art. I doubt he makes that decision.

I never played EA'S version but I love and still play Undisputed 3. I bought a PS4 with the intention of getting EA UFC along with it but after Sherdogging about it for a while I decided to save my money.

Will do the same this time around.

It was horrible, both EA MMA and Undisputed 3 were far superior.

You could literally roll into mount from full guard with a flick of the analogue stick.

Yeah doesn't even make sense. How could they make a clearly worse game than their previous effort EA mma. I'm bitter about it, I liked their first game a lot and was pumped for EA UFC. Now I'm not even paying attention to this one

Took me way too long to figure out to how to play this game properly. By properly I mean using the fighters similar as to how they would fight IRL and still win fights. I could spam a shitload of head kicks and overhands, or even TD/mount/GnP, but I choose to fight realistically and I think this is a much more enjoyable way of playing it.

I think they should just remove those spinning cartwheel kicks from all fighters and leave it to a special occasion with only a special fighter. The same should be applied to the cage strikes and some of the kung fu looking strikes.

People complained a shit ton about that on the forums and it's definitely been heard. We can only hope that it will be better. They flew in some of the previous games players to help them with those kind of things, as well as others.

I truly hope so. I hope I'm not the only one, but the abusing of parries on the feet have been extremely annoying. Also, the ability to keep someone in mount with 0 counterplay is also annoying

Sounds tempting to pick it up on the cheap.

Its probably dirt cheap now.. Online is awesome, just stay on unranked and youll have a lot of fun.

It felt like it was pretty decent on Undisputed 3. Fighters had some unique moves and had their unique fighting style felt.

I sometimes regret giving my lil cousin my 360 so I could get the Xbox one. I miss undisputed 3 one of my fav games of all time, I stopped playing EA UFC after going like 20-0 and still no title shot lol. I just hope there career mode gets way better
