This is exactly the kind of content the UFC should be producing IMO. Fights are more interesting if you know a bit about the fighter, but Contender Series doesn't tell you enough about them, and TUF tells you too much.

This new series is well-produced and really humanizes the fighters. It follows their journey before and after appearing on the Contender Series. A lot of cool behind the scenes insights. And it's interesting to see which fighters the UFC has decided to push.

So far they have done profiles on CJ Vergara, Slava Borshchev, Jack Della Maddalena, and Jasmine Jasudavicius.

Dana chased Jon Jones out of the sport, Ngannou is on the outs, they traded away the #1 P4P fighter for a guy who wasn't UFC caliber and they have terrible relationships with ex-HOF'ers like GSP and Randy Couture.

I watched Jasmine’s episode so far. I always cheer for fellow Canadians.

Yeah, that’s some really good content. And we know she went on to beat Kay Hansen at 270. So it completed the story begun on her episode. I wish her the best.

I’ll definitely watch more of these in the future.

Her episode is interesting. When they visit the first"gym" she trained at it's a real eye-opener.

I also really liked the Slava Claus episode. He seems like a very genuine guy, and his striking is savage.

I like the Abu Dhabi idea. This most recent season had a very international feel to it and I liked it.

It might also make sense to introduce Atomweights through DWCS too, since TUF is hard for weight cutting.
