He got his ass whooped in rounds 1 and 2, maybe if this were pride but no chance.

Smith didn’t do anything but drop for ineffective desperation takedowns all fight, did zero damage.

Fun fight, Smith did way better than I gave him credit for. Didn't notice how young he was too.

Tau might get a contract just for the grit and the association to CKB

Get Eli some more experience and he'll be something. Long career ahead of him if he can stay healthy.

Smith deserves some credit too. He showed a lot of skill in the first two rounds, then in the third went toe to toe while exhausted.

Smith looked great before he ran out of gas, hopefully they take it really slow bringing him up if he gets signed. No point rushing him along at 22.

All 3 judges score it 29-28 for Elijah Smith. Really strong fight. Both guys left it all out there.

That fight didn’t do it for me. I’ve seen tons of brawls like that before. It’s just not my type of thing anymore. Both guys will get KO’d if they fight like that against a decent UFC caliber opponent.
