I don't think it's such a good idea to pack on so much muscle on his arms. His cardio is going to tank, and that's not how you want to fight Conor. You wanna tire him out early and then take over later and find his neck for the tap out. Can't do that if you get tired even before Conor does.

Bodybuilding is terrible these days. They are all manlets.

They have gotten shorter, but when bodybuilding was at its peak - everyone ranged from 5'8" to 6', so it's never really been a lanklet sport. Main problem is the quality and conditioning. No one looks like this anymore:

Dustin is a good looking guy already and having traps is not going to do anything for him. Adding mass will only throw him off the division and force him to compete with bigger people.

1. Traps will help absorb strikes to the head.

2. You're correct, adding mass won't help. But... transitioning his excess fat (he's around 13-14%) to muscle (where his bf is ~10%) would definitely help. He went into the Khabib fight fat as fuck and it's a huge reason why he lost. Can't go into championship fights as a LW with 14% bodyfat. He's giving up about 6 pounds of muscle for fat which is a mistake.
