Drinking Culture sucks...

i used to enjoy a buzz. hated drinkin too much. eventually i quit and dont miss it. drunk people are often disgusting to me
 
Couldn’t even tell you the last time I was actually drunk. Somewhere less than 5 but more than 2 is my magic number on mixed drinks and I call it. Too old and I don’t handle hangovers well anymore.

Dude how can you drink that much and not have a huge gut? I was drinking around 4-5 beers a night (modelo) and my stomach started hanging over my boxers. Had to start working out every weekday just to counter it and I wear the same size pants from highschool at 30. I still drink 2-3 beers on the weekday but during a mma fight on fri-sat, Im downing a 12 pack with no problem.

Bitch tits are real tho. I dont see how guys drink IPA's and shit without looking like bob from fight club.

I'm pretty chubby, to be fair. I lost a ton of weight and got down to 220. Since the binging started, I've been hovering in the 220-225 range. Haven't really gained any real weight but that's probably because I started replacing meals with beer.

Meant no offense, Im in the same boat. I love beer i just dont like how much weight it started making me gain after about 27...they need to make a light beer that doesnt taste like ass....

Yeah beer hasn't really effected my weight much, even binge drinking like that. My weight loss stalled before I started drinking so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it is what it is.

Gonna try to tighten up and get under 200 by new years though.

one xanax, + 1-2 beers on top is literally 1000000000000x more enjoyable than alcohol alone. cheaper too. and zero hangover.

but then you become an addict, or die. so that road doesnt have a good end either.


alcohol sucks ass. and none of my friends enjoy drinking, at all. Literally couldnt drag them to a bar or strip club if my life depended on it. the few that do are on probation for DUIs. Sigh.
