Dr Disrespect Banned From Twitch

My profession occasionally involves interacting with them. This wasnt a 'cool claim'. Was a proclamation of sympathy in relation to finding the initial interaction flattering. Made it clear in that post my sympathy ended by him engaging with it.

Worst was at a mid 20's couple engagement party. End of the night the bride to be was flirting with me so heavily i had to go hide for the remainder of the event. Or another time some random woman felt the desire to guess my age so she grabbed my ass. Another time some guy started dry humping me when at the sink. I could go on with more stories.

Yeah sure, Brad Pitt.

See you changed it from constantly to occasionally there.

Then the fact remains. Without the evidence, anybody can say anything.

Twitch created a set of documents outlining the situation after the initial third party tweet. Something they could provide to journalists and sponsors of Dr if they sent a formal inquiry.

Im a private butler. When in my mid-30's i occasionally worked events with high school girls where they constantly flirted with me. So fuck off with what your insinuating.

TBF, the way you worded didn't show yourself in the best light. I understand what you were saying, but you might want to add more context or something next time, especially in a thread discussing this topic.

'she wanted me bro'

Man, this whole thing blows. Been a fan of Doc for some years now. Guy is entertaining AF. The real sticking point, with all we know now, is whether he knew the person was a minor or not at the time. Him not mentioning this specific point is very concerning. I really don't want this shit to be true, but it looks like it might be.
Same, man. It's a gut punch. It brought to mind the adage, "Never meet your heroes."

You mean that celebrity fued which each side had there 'stans'. You're not really using Johnny Depp, the multi millionaire and defamation suit winner, as an example because he wasnt brought back to a declining movie franchise? Depps 'side' was far larger than heards by Suits end - which he won and was awarded 3 mil, but Heard was also awarded 2 mil. He lost his libel suit against the sun because it was proven that most of the allegations agaisnt him were likely true. He was 'hurt' by this by any means.

Give me a real example where false allegations were considered true and actually hurt someone. Not trying to be a dick, but you cant. If you can give me an actual example that is legitimate I'll accept it.

Emmett Till

Kevin Spacey
Spacey has admitted to being "handsy", but remember, he was ultimately cleared of any criminal sexual assault wrongdoing in an investigation that lasted years, before a trial that lasted a month, and the chief accuser against him outside his workplace, the young guy from the club, lied his ass off. He made up the whole story about Kevin grabbing his junk, in cahoots with his mother, in an attempt to extort money from Spacey. And Anthony Rapp kicked that whole thing off against Spacey with a story about going to Kevin's apartment when he was 13, but that fell apart at trial. Made the whole thing up. He's won every trial against him. The juries always find in his favor.

I never saw anything of substance against Spacey.

Well that’s why I listed him. He asked for an example where “the mob was wrong” and I said Spacey because he basically lost everything and is undefeated in court after 7 years since being basically the original “me too’ed” celeb.

My bad. Yeah, he's one of many examples. Metoo is littered with men who were prematurely fired or canceled when there was no criminal or truly ethically egregious wrongdoing. Garrison Keillor, Charlie Rose, Chris Hardwick, Trevor Bauer, Al Franken, the list goes on. It's a huge list.

Although, the case I recall isn't a name familiar to all. He wasn't a celebrity. He was a political bureaucrat. A career civil servant. The thing that made it so bad was that the accusation was made years earlier, and had already been discredited in court. IIRC, it was decades earlier (like the early 90's). Not only did he not assault the woman, he didn't even have a sexual relationship with her. Never cheated on his wife. Didn't matter. He was still expelled from his job. That's the pitchfork mob we were dealing with during the height of the #metoo frenzy.

How do you think he's coming back from this, if at all? He did mention in his tweet that he's not going anywhere. Let's say we never get any new facts moving forward, and Doc comes back to streaming full time as usual as if nothing happens. His loyal fans will endlessly argue with people who believe he went over the line. That'll be for a while, and Doc will get trolled a lot for all of this but he's pushed through that before. I doubt any streamer that doesn't wanna get cancelled will collaborate with him.

With that said, could you continue to watch him when he comes back, even if we get no new info? For me, I feel like the lack of some important definitive facts would start to wear on me and I wouldn't enjoy watching it very much anymore. I really just wish I could enjoy his comeback. But I just can't get past needing to know if he was aware she was a minor or not through ought the conversation.

He'll just have his chat heavily censored and moderated for any mentions of this topic and keep streaming like nothing happened if he doesn't get banned off youtube.

Guy is currently sitting in a sad basement apartment with Cheeto dust on his fingers. Guaranteed.

"Private Butler" is one of the funniest professions I've seen alleged here. At least he didn't claim to be a lawyer. We've got no less than about 500 in here, LOL.

I've basically stepped away from the thread since DisRespect's admittion and @Law Talkin’ Guy 's analysis. I'm not a fan of his and at this point I can't blame either side for wanting to stick by him over messages, with no pics, with a 17-year old seven years ago..... OR want to nail him to the wall for exactly what he's admitted, OR are waiting for more specifics & evidence and then nail him to the wall.

Regardless of what side you're on, this is a pretty damn good diss track.

Far better than any rapper who was murdered recently.

My problem with his comment is high school girls can be as young as 14 or 15. 17 is gross enough but going even younger than that? Should have just said young women rather than girls below 18 and it would have been way less creepy and the point would still get across. I too think he just worded it poorly though. Based on his post history he doesn't seem to be a bad guy.
