It's a little hard to take the allegation seriously, considering he won his lawsuit and he's not under federal investigation.
Why would they pay a guy to go away, if he clearly violated their terms of service(not to mention the law)? Seems like it would be pretty cut and dry, and he would have no legal recourse if they banned him for it. That's a pretty serious allegation. Not like he was stealing staplers from the office or anything. Caught sexting minors, so they not only pay him to go away but also pay out a settlement afterwards? That doesn't add up.He didn't win the lawsuit. They settled out of court with both parties not admitting to any wrongdoings.
And there were rumors about underaged girls as far back as page 3 (didn't read the rest).
Twitch practically banned one of their most popular personalities and gave him his pay to go away in the settlement. Why would Twitch take a financial hit and piss off gamer fans for banning someone for no legitimate reason? It would have to be something serious.

Then you come to find out that the guy exposing this has been grifting off of the reveal. At best, the only thing I can think of is that there were maybe rumors of it that were never proven, and they just tried to get out ahead of it.
Agreed, it doesn't seem like the best defense. It may also be the only thing he can really say about it legally, depending on the settlement. Interested to see how this plays out.

Fuck
Apparently all it takes is one accusation, without any evidence, to get a shitball rolling down a shit mountain and it turns into a shit-avalance.
He would have been better served by simply stating the case forced him into a contract that limits his speech in order to give a proper response. What he said there doesn't look good at all.
How do you know theres a lack of evidence?
Are you on the inside of this situation?
No evidence has been publicly presented, in fact the former Twitch employee tried to turn it into some marketing ploy to sell tickets for a band.
If you've seen any publicly presented evidence no one here but you has seen, then please enlighten us and post it.
