why would you assume this of him? he seemed pretty calm and non-douchey during the situation imo. a personality like youre describing i think would have pounded the guys head in and been a lot more brash about it.

not sure. he could have bought the rights to the video from the filmer. or he could be just be filing claims without actually having rights, seeing as how youtube and a lot of other hosting sites often dont verify validity of claims.
