None of what you just said changes the fact that it hit 3 million players way faster than Eternal did. That's a highly impressive statistic no matter how you try and spin it. Sales would be interesting to know for sure, but they're also going to be skewed by the fact that loads of people are playing it through Game Pass, which means no 'direct' sales figures.

I’m not hating. It’s a blast so far. Just wish it sold more so we get more from this team. Love this trilogy. I did my part. I spent a hundred dollars to get the game, early access, and DLC

I watched a decent amount of these when he did them for Eternal. Hugo’s a pretty entertaining guy but he offers tons of insight as he’s going through the game which is cool to see.

Going back and getting Mastery on all the weapons and a couple of secrets to 100%. Feels like I missed out not utilizing as many as I did. Every weapon is viable. I’m even using the maxed out starter shotgun and it’s absolutely melting end game demons.

The combat shotgun is badass once fully upgraded and more fun than the SSG in this game. Just shreds everything and gives you armor as well so it's one of my mains this run along with the chainshot, impaler and cycler. SSG might have higher DPS but it's so boring without an alt fire mode.

This game is awesome and getting awesomer the more I play.

So far Hugo has said they’re tweaking the soundtrack audio, increasing the difficulty and are looking into slowmo toggle options.

I got the platinum and I’m starting a new Nightmare play through with the parry window down and speed up to 120%, really ups in the intensity.

I really want to get back and finish Khazan but this is getting hard to put down.

He also said they adjusted the difficulty today to make it harder but I never got a patch. Just finished level 6 on nightmare and it wasn't bad at all. And that level has a lot of combat.

Super fun, only a couple levels in but the speed started to feel more like Eternal. I didn’t notice a crazy swing in enemy movement but it’ll be interesting when dealing with things like the Baron’s swipes which come super fast at normal speed already.

So the Berserker trophy isn’t bugged? That’s the one you have to max out all shield upgrades, runes, and, melee attacks. Some people were reporting that you have to save up gold and upgrade them all at once for it to count. Not true?

Not for me, I was upgrading the whole game and went back and collected some missing upgrade mats. Got it as soon as I finished.

Without the slowmo I bet TDA would be as fast as Eternal so I'm hoping they patch in a toggle soon. But if I finish this run first I'll probably install the mod that gets rid of it. I'm dying to play without all the jank but would prefer it to be part of the vanilla installation so the game doesn't break every time they roll out an update.

For me, along with the speed enemy aggression is at the 2nd to highest setting.. at that pace there's all kinds of stuff flying at me quickly, so the slow mo for melee and finishers allows me to catch my breath for a second.

I could see why the slo mo isn't for everyone though- a toggle is a good idea.

This is why you generally dont want to buy a game like this on release...aside from price you're better off waiting at least a couple of weeks or months for them to listen to feedback and make adjustments so that when you do your playthrough it can be optimized. Looking forward to starting a first playthrough with this game which will be on Nightmare but not for some time, I can wait.

Well you can make Nightmare even more difficult if you want with the sliders and you can turn up the in game soundtrack which is what they said they were essentially going to do.

They aren’t going to make drastic changes.

I was about to fail that one and completely randomly came across one that was just sitting in one of the tunnels not doing anything. Was able to blow it up and get the challenge.

I definitely had several moments through the campaign where I couldn’t believe I wasn’t dead. I saw my health at 5 and could've sworn I got hit.
