The idea of "professional services" for homosexuals makes me uncomfortable tbh. It gives me thoughts of nausea inducing drugs, chemical castration, electroshock therapy, and ice pick lobotomies. Err, the only "treatment" gay people need is the freedom to act on their innate feelings to pursue consensual sexual activity and relationships. It certainly doesn't necessitate psychiatry visits, crossdressing, new pronouns, puberty blockers, synthetic cross-gender sex hormones or life-altering reassignment surgeries.

People can gaslight all they'd like, these things will never be equivalent because they simply aren't -- regardless of how much people on both the left and right want them to be (albeit for some wildly different reasons).
