Yes, literally anyone can set up a fake news website. Spam bots aren't exactly a Russian specialty. Damn near every forum on the internet has to deal with them. I can only imagine the vast amount of that shit Facebook and Reddit have to deal with on a regular basis from all around the world.

Now hacking might be a bit more sophisticated, but don't give me this bullshit that ONLY Russia had the means to set up some propaganda websites, and spam bots, and that's the real concern here. The only thing of consequence that happened was the DNC email dump, and again, it wouldn't have been an issue if the DNC weren't such scumbags behind closed doors.
