If you are referring to the death of Peter Smith it's definitely something that warrants further investigation in my opinion.

Let's not go down that road. Better to oppose craziness with reason than with opposite craziness. I see no reason to doubt that he killed himself. His motive can be questioned, but I doubt we'll ever really know that (and that's probably generally true with suicides).
