Donald Trump is still bitching about the NFL, urges fans to boycott

False. I live in a rural community. Govt investement does not make the community. The govt does not even invest in my community. We have one stoplight in our school district and it only flashes red.

The people in my community make this a great community.
You understand that your 1 rural city is not a good representative of a typical US city? The problem areas are usually in crowded cities.
There is obviously going to be less crime and issues with violence and such in a rural area.
You do need to invest in big cities if you don't want them to turn to cesspools

It's not a purely local government problem. The state government has joint ventures with the federal government. The state also answers to the federal on a variety of issues.
The federal government helps to fund schools, housing, jobs, and can force backwards/ultra conservative governments to get with the times.
'Bad' and 'good' communities don't magically spring up. You're not going to have good communities when you don't have good schools, housing, infrastructure, or jobs.
If the government doesn't invest in these areas, they will never become 'good' communities
Thank you. You worded much of what I was trying to with much more clarity than I could have. I'm not sure he'll actually be able to understand, but someone else might and that's what is important.

I think it's morphed into an FU to Trump. When protests become fads, the original purpose seems to always be lost.
It's not.
It's still about racism. Trump has said racist shit, and backed up racists, and that is what the protest is in response to. It is not a liberal vs conservative fight.
Trump ratcheted up this thing with his comments, but it is about his comments, which are about his lack of understanding or care about racism

Maybe we should quit investing in big cities cause that money is going to waste. It is not working.
<31>
So we should all live in rural shit holes to solve all our problems?
You realize that big cities exist and work just fine all around the world? The computer you're typing on wasn't built on a farm.

No offense meant, but ive noticed you have a lot to say in these War Room threads, but you don't really say anything.
READ more, bro.

He doesn't seem to actually read so I don't know why I even bother.
He just meanders from wrong point to wrong point

You got something to say, hot shot?

{<Scared}

Yeah, we've been over this topic a thousand times and it's shown the low-income black community needs to do better and not be anti-education if it wants to improve.

You acknowledged that these big cities are "cesspools." I've said that it's the people that make the community. If you've got a lot of bad people in your community, then it's gonna be a bad community. You can't just throw money at it.

If your community has bad cops, your community should get new cops.

You gotta change, one person at a time, starting with yourself.

That's what these Anthem Kneelers don't realize.

No. I did not say that all cities are cesspools.
I live in between (nearby)Seoul and Tokyo throughout most of the year. 2 of the most crowded cities in the world, and they are far and away from being cesspools.
Invest in the city, invest in the people, and youll get a return
The hell do you think is going to happen to a person that lives in a shitty neighborhood, goes to a shitty school, and grows up to get a shitty job?

It isn't about "throwing money" at anything. It's about smart investments.
Education is a smart investment. Jobs are a smart investment. War with shithole 3rd world countries are not good investments

Wow they sure showed the President...

Why did the President weigh in with such a blanket statement again?

Why are people using their work time to "protest" a country that greatly enriched them for running fast with an oblong object?

This is all baffling.

The NFL should have nothing to do with redundant political outbursts.

Collin K and his adherents are wrong in my estimation, but Donald Trump once again has made a molehill into a mountain and given license to any and all left-leaning sports goobs to mouth off about their political feelings...

In the context of a sport centered around running very fast with an oblong shaped ball, lol BLM BLM! Come on America, get it together...

Hey.... as long as you were cool with having a woman beater on your team... I'm not going to judge you.

And not the slap the shit out of you or shake the shit out of you type. More like if someone just slapped your momma type of ass whipping.

It's a game......What he did off the field is non of my business...but they dropped the charges.

Also I have no problem with a women beater.

If a women wants to fight a man...Im good with a man beating her ass.....Domestic abuse tho is another problem.

Also he wasn't convicted.....Innocent until proven guilty.

oh you don't know?
