a couple weeks ago after denying 2 motions to dismiss in just one week of the trial, they filed a 3rd motion. clearly the judge knew they were just going to waste the courts time filing frivolous dismissal motions after the last one gets thrown out, so to counter their stall game the judge just decided to sit on the 3rd motion until an hour after the verdict came in, where he promptly shut down that motion too, as well as todd blanche's motion for an acquittal that he (and every other defense attorney would file) the moment that the prosecution rests and they get to present their defense.
i still don't think he's ruled on the 3rd motion of contempt (for the gag order violation shit) just yet, which they already had a hearing on and the judge decided to reserve his decision on until a later date.
poor donny, with all the money in the world he still can't seem to buy a win these days.
