No it is not an important part of our culture, we don't do shit for them
It's clear you know nothing of our history in that case.
You're agreeing with Coleman, he's actively posting that we should be absorbed by the US
Why don't you clarify your stance, explicitly, do you want trump to take over canada?
In other words you can't provide a quote and you're doubling down on another assertion that you, suprise suprise , can't provide a quote for.
I'm not "agreeing" with anyone, I'm shedding light on who's actually a traitor and it's the people who sold us out to begin with. The left have left us defenseless, without an identity and economically dependent on the states. It gets a little tiring when people like you insist everyone else is a traitor when your own compatriots are in the process of commiting suicide.
Now on the topic of being "taken over":
No, I don't want Trump to take over Canada. literally no one wants to be "taken over" by Trump, but it's increasingly apparent that it's only a matter of time that America will overtake Canada and there isn't much we can do about it especially considering how we've been running the country.
The political realities are that we can not decouple with the strongest nation in the world while they are glued to us and while we are as integrated as we already are. We SHOULD aspire to work with the Americans as much as possible and to foster a good relationship with them but we've absolutely shot ourselves in the foot by not investing in ourselves. Another reality is that if it were to happen, and Canadians were treated equally with the Americans, it would, without a doubt, benefit both of us.
To that end, being attuned to these realities doesn't make you a "traitor" but if you wanted to maintain your sovereignty and you didn't
1)invest more in defense
2) Diversify
3) exploit your resources
And are also glued to the global hegemon, then you're asking to be fucked in the ass. What do you expect?
