That's a non-answer.Option A is more expensive than option B.
If we go with option A, we save the difference in their prices.
It's saving us money, right? Where is it? Certainly not in my paycheck. Certainly not making a dent in any deficit. Certainly not improving the healthcare system. So where is it? Where's the magic money gone? What difference am I supposed to be noticing here?
