Elections DOGE is formed

Yea, it has been like a post inauguration Trump Advent calendar, with a nifty surprise each day.

My only complaint is Mike Lindell should have been at treasury and Rudy should have been his AG pick

Haha. This is exactly what I paid for !

It is awesome because the democrats have to be opposition, but Trump is being very transparent with what he is doing, and the public likes it.

The democrats crying that musk is making public a bunch shit government spending.

Someone like Pritzker, who very well could be the democrat in 2028 is fighting to keep ICE out of prisons to protect illegal criminals????

Once they pass the budget or whatever they doing with that, Trump needs to immediately push his agenda on voting legislation. Seeing the democrats scream over that will be hilarious. And the general public will absolutely be in Trump’s side

I missed it yesterday, but Trump has directed DOGE to the pentagon. That is huge.

Let’s seem democrats cry to their base that Trump is daring to try and gut the military industrial complex with their trillion dollar budget

Trump's Inaugural Approval Rating Is Historically Low Again

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- At 47%, President Donald Trump's initial job approval rating for his second term is similar to the inaugural 45% reading during his first term, again placing him below all other elected presidents dating back to 1953. Trump remains the only elected president with sub-50% initial approval ratings, and his latest disapproval rating (48%) is three percentage points higher than in 2017, marking a new high for inaugural ratings.

By the numbers: 57% of registered voters have an unfavorable opinion of the Democratic Party, the highest percentage since Quinnipiac started asking the question in 2008.

  • 45% of voters have an unfavorable opinion of the Republican Party.
43% of voters have a favorable opinion of the Republican Party, the highest since 2008.

  • By contrast, 31% of registered voters have a favorable opinion of the Democratic Party.

He was talking about Presidential approval ratings, for which trump remains at historic lows. You talking about favorability ratings between the parties, doesn't even work as a rebuttal.

Pretty telling that we're only a few weeks in and you've already got to lie about how daddy is doing.

He wasn’t talking about anything, as he didn’t post anything, only copy and pasted part of an article, in response to me talking about the democrats trying to play opposition to these moves, and it will affect their ratings.

I'm looking forward to the midterms, are you?

No it was clear that the article was about trumps historically low approval ratings.

And those numbers remain true, even if you cry about democrats.

Here, I'll post it again:

Pretty easy to decipher that post. And it was in response to this:

Trump is being very transparent with what he is doing, and the public likes it.

So I'd say it's a spot on rebuttal to the idea that the public supports trump.

Sorry your daddy is off to such a bad start.

Weird how these guys are taking a close victory as a sweeping mandate, especially in light of historically low approval.

If they think THIS victory was convincing, I wonder how they felt about Obama's victory, and how the GOP reacted to it. I remember Mitch talking about how their mission was to stop every single thing Obama tried, despite Obama's HUGE public approval.

And then, when Trump beat Hilary, Mitch predicted the DEMOCRATS would be obstructionist.

Fuck these guys, nothing they ever say means anything, and the will of the people means nothing to them.

Did you edit out your comment about transparency?

I wonder if you did that because it left you open to criticisms of Project 2025 and how Trump lied about not knowing anything about it. In fact, he said parts of it were insanely extreme.

And here we are, seeing it play out word for word.

Libs everyday in shambles. He said we would get tired of winning, i'm not tired, but im starting to feel bad for the libs. The winnings are overwhelming, and they can't mount a coherent defense anymore like the first term. They are still on the "Trump is a nazi" train, and it just doesn't work. I admit, the attempt to paint Elon as the real president was a nice try, it's a shame it got caught on too quickly cause they overused it, and all at the same time, so it was obvious it was coordinated.

Quoting you from a different thread, but this nazi rhetoric is so overused now it is amazing. Watch the intro to this, the first few minutes is a clip from MSNBC last night.

But the guy just throws out these words like far right, white nationalist influencer, blah blah. The guy he is taking about Mike Benz, who is of Jewish decent and has never mentioned race in any of his interviews.

They have no moral high ground or intellectual argument, and are reduced to name calling and hysteria

What did they expose? Let's hear it.

Here is the list of USAID expenses:

Here is the list of USAID expenses:

I already know your sources are absolute shit considering you lead with the "50 million for condoms in Gaza" lie that Elon made up, that was immediately debunked.

FACT FOCUS: No evidence that $50 million was designated by the US to buy condoms for Hamas

But let's set that aside for now. Is there something nefarious that was "exposed" here? Even if all the rest of the things on this list were accurate (which I know for a fact already, some of them aren't) there's nothing here besides things that the right hates. And if that's the case, have Congress end those programs. That's the legal, responsible way to run the government.

Next add up all of this money that was supposedly spent on these programs. It amounts to a fraction of 1% of the budget of the agency that spends the VAST majority of that money doing things like combatting famine, and providing other humanitarian aid to desperate people around the world.

But they're using THAT list full of trivial BS to justify illegally shutting down the entire agency.

If that's what you think counts as "exposing" Democrats, you need to get your head checked.

Here is the list of USAID expenses:

None of those things have been proven; the “50 million for condoms in Gaza” claim has been completely disproven; and finally, some of those things, if true, are good.
A mere 600K to assist with family planning services in Latin America? That’s great.
Advancing DEI in Serbia? Don’t know if that’s true, but love it.

Look—I am going to do Elon and Trump a solid. DOGE is trying to eliminate 2 trillion in government waste, and I am going tell you exactly how to do that in one simple step:
Close up the tax loopholes that billionaires like Trump and Musk take advantage of every year.
Done! You’re welcome, America.
Do you know how much money in total these ultra rich fucks skip out on paying every year because of these loopholes? 1.8 trillion dollars. That’s basically the DOGE’s entire financial goal, met very easily. But they’ll never do that.

Wanna go further? Let’s end the cushy government contracts and subsidies awarded to companies like Boeing.
But of course, SpaceX and Starlink are big recipients too, so we won’t see that.

Let’s go further. Let’s *not* go through with Trump’s tax cuts, which are projected to add 5 trillion to the debt.

Let’s go even further and take a look at our bloated ass military. budget.

Instead of any of these things, they are talking about extending the retirement age so you and I both have to work our asses off even longer before we can retire. They’re targeting programs that benefit minorities, Medicare that seniors need, Medicaid that people with low income need. And of course, any media that might criticize Dear Leader, like Politico, NYT, hell, they’re trying to defund PBS FFS, and NPR. Soon we’ll be like North Korea, with only state-run media that praises The Party.

And this will all be dont to us with the excuse that the government just can’t afford it. Bullshit.
