Dont know but they need to paint it to control rust so it might as well be black.

Part of the $46 billion allocated to border enforcement. Last month DHS awarded about $4 billion in contracts to finish the wall.

And the southern border is extremely quiet right now
 
They really ought to finish it out. The next time we have a Democrat administration, those Globalists will open the border full blast, and a wall will be useful for those who want to enforce our laws and sovereignty.

You understand the wall is not right on the border line, right. So we can paint both sides. Its about 3 foot or a little more inside the US.

Federal construction has resumed under the current Trump administration using existing and new funding. This is in addition to ongoing state-funded construction in Texas.

They're even ramping it up to have as much done before the next Presidency. Biden sold off or auctioned a lot of the materials for the wall during his term, but Trump's administration is buying that back.

I said they if they need to paint it then black is as good as any other color. You are saying they can't paint it black because what they said might actually work some what.

The fence/wall or the black paint? Neither are going to stop it 100% both will help control it. The black paint not much but if going to get painted then it doesn't hurt.

The paint, lol. Do you recall when construction started to finish it? And have Mexico coughed up for it yet like we were promised? Is there a monthly payment plan?
