Does Anyone Still Have And Watch VHS Tapes

I have a bunch of early ufcs I rented and then recorded. Also have a bunch of wrestling ppvs from the late 80's early 90's. and I have this recording of me and wife beating halo legendary. I have a VCR that works but isn't hooked up. I maybe used it once in the last 10 years

When I read that first that part I was like
<{jackyeah}>[<cena1}then I read the rest and was like<{dayum}>.

Can't afford them, you know they're worth 10k now?

*Edit: I think I own Legend and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre...

I went to a garage sale about 10 years ago and scored massive lot of grand dad'a porn stash.
Most of it was recorded off his satellite dish back in the 70's and 80's.

The grand kids running the sale said "fill a bag for a dollar." I spent $10

Turned around and sold it on Craigslist for $150

My wrist still hurts.

I've still got a few towers. Don't watch them, because I don't have a VHS player, but even if I did, I'd wager that most of the ancient tapes would get eaten up real quick.

Couple dozen VHS.

Getting the important ones converted to digital files soon.

I have 95 star wars trilogy and widescreen special edition on VHS, phantom menace, and Alien "quadrilogy" box set.

Didn’t we just have a thread like this? Anyways, I have a fuck load of tapes. Just bought more last week. 2 VCRs and a TV with a VCR built into it which is a new addition to my home. I’m in love. Just watched The Flamingo Kid on it last week. Earlier this week I was watching Freddy vs Jason in my living room on one of my VCRs.

For bonus points I use a VHS camcorder as well.

The neighborhood I grew up in had a dumping site for magazines in the woods. One day, I found a brown grocery bag full of VHS porn. Another kid there tried to snatch them from me. He really wanted those tapes. In desperation, he blurted that he'd give me his .22 for all of them. I ended up getting a Marlin model 60 for that bag of porn.

@lsa does

He recently got the original, unedited Star Wars trilogy and hasn't been able to shut up about it.

This could be movies you, things you recorded off T.V. or whatever else you recorded.

Me personally I got rid of mine years ago I regret it but I had no choice.
yes, in the dozens, they don't take up that much space that I need to throw them out. The only thing that would make me even consider tossing them is how probably 80 percent can be found online in some iteration but I'll keep them.

I still have Enter the Dragon on VHS
Don’t have a VHS player sadly.
i have a collectors edition of that with still photos and a piece of film inserted into a card.

I hear their is yet another recently released version but I haven't gotten it yet, it's probably a little clearer but I doubt there is anything actually new. It's a shame they lost or destroyed the fights that bruce had on set, those would be worth a fortune.

I have lots of VHS tapes at home but I don't have a VHS player. I wanted to buy one, a couple of years ago, but they don't exist anymore....

ebay, goodwill? They aren't that hard to find.

I wanted to buy a new one, so...
oh, well, good luck.

I got an east indian buddy who claims he's from a caste that can't have used thing. sounds stupid and I think he might be slightly retarded. Sometimes when I try to talk sense to him, I just tell him to stop asking for shit if he's gonna be retarded.
