Not really true tbh. The titanium plate might give the bone more structure if hit directly on the plate, but it will be in all honestly weaker everywhere else. For instance, your bone will have less mass and would be more likely to crack and/or break where the screws are inserted. Your soft tissue will also not react as nicely to impact on the titanium plate as opposed to your bone. It's likely that he'll get the plates and screws removed anyways due to the issues brought up above.

Not really clickbait, he emphasizes at the end of the video that he think's McGregor would come back stronger because of the titanium plate in his leg. He says word for word the titanium leg would act as a "tibia within a tibia".

Even with platinum testicles Mcg is done. Years of running his training camp with workouts pulled out of his ass and yes men feeding his ego hurt his skills. Not to mention his non-existent cardio which will be affected due to the layoff.
