Nope akhmedov isn’t some can and has looked good in his last few fights, Weidman has gotten KO’d in his 5 of his last 6, just generally has looked slow and stiff as a board, plus age and numerous injuries.

I really think truly think Hermansson was the easier fight. That was the fight I wanted for Weidman. This fight people will say is a tier below, but match ups are everything.

They probably thought this was the easier fight to take too maybe. I think Weidman was a special fighter, so I think he always has a chance to pull it off. I don't like his chances here.

I want him winning tbh. I always root against, but not this time. He came back to MW, so I want him winning 2 fights in a very good fashion and beating the shit out of Adesanya right after. I can't stand Weidman, but even more this Grace Jones.

Both good fighters, don't get me wrong, but I really think Weidman can beat Adesanya EASILY. And I want to prove a point if this fight ever happens.

People dont understand that losing to elite fighters doesnt mean you cant beat anyone ever again. Weisman will win this and another, with z favorable match up, and the same people will proclaim him back and better than ever.
