Do you think Weidman will beat Akhmedov?

{<jordan}{<jordan}{<jordan}

I'm talking about Adesanya. Adesanya = Grace Jones. Virtually identical.

Weidman beats Adesanya easily.

Grace Jones here. Look the similarity:

That would be big news if Weidman beats Adesanya.

Since Akhmedov hasn't finished anyone in a long time, Weidman has a good chance of winning.

Weidmans tough but taken some serious dangerous. Hows his injuries been like knees? I remember even before Silva fight, he mentioned he had ton of knee surgeries. I then knew that he wouldn't be on top for long.

How is he tough? He’s been TKO’ed 5 out of his last 6. At this point, he’s made of glass

Weidman and Rockhold is in a competition whose winner will be KOed for more times than the other.

I am not too sure, Akhmedov is low-output and Weidman is too, but honestly, I don't care who wins.

Weidman will look okay, but I’m afraid after enduring all those brutal KO losses he will be gun shy and become a wrestling focused decisionator

Well, Omari hasn’t shown to be this huge knock out artist these days. He has one true knock out win in the UFC which was his UFC debut in 2013. Fast forward more recently and he is currently 5-0-1 in his last 6 with all of those fights going the distance.

On a side note, all of his UFC losses, he got finished in, while only finishing 2 of his UFC wins, one via injury.

He’s definitely on a good streak regardless of the method of victory, but it’s not crazy to think Weidman has a chance. He hasn’t looked bad skill wise in a lot of his losses against top opponents.

I was a fan, but I can't stand watching him fight at this point. His skills still look good, but I can't believe he was able to sign the bout agreement without getting a concussion.

I'm guessing it's a KO loss.

He will probably win this one and then get another top ten contender fight with either Cannonier, Hermansson, Costa, Whitaker, Shahbazyan or Brunson and then get TKO/KOed in the process

I think he can take it but... He probably gets knocked out or even loses by decision, Akhmedov is getting better each time out, but he also is a decision fighter with some flaws too. none of these wins amount to much but he also makes himself the clear winner each time out.

Hell no. The Russian has power and Chris is not good anymore. Chris will sleep soundly. I hope he invested his money like Iaquinta in real estate.
Omari swings haymakers but I wouldn't call him powerful, I can't recall ever seeing him hurt someone bad with the bombs he lobs. Chris isn't durable so I wouldn't be surprised to see him get finished, but I think he stands a pretty good chance of scoring a late finish over a gassed Akhmedov. All a matter of withstanding the first two rounds.

Its a good test to see if Weidmans career is beyond saving. Omari needs a ko or striking based decision to win as he is not outwrestling him.

Chria had some bad luck vs Jacare. The fight was a close one and he could have had the dec if he didnt get koed at the last minute or so.

He beat gas by being much larger.

Howd that work out for Vitor, Bisping, Jacare and Tim Kennedy?

Weidman was just better than Kelvin. He wins this one and puts an end to dumbass comments like this

Our boi beats Akmedov and then gets a TS.
