Before the fight against Gane I thought Jones ducked Tom and he was afraid of him, and tom would definitely beat Jones.

After the debacle that is eye gate, I'm in the camp of Jones would beat Tom and he shouldn't have ducked him. It's obvious Tom is a mental midget.

He was flustered because Gane wasn't a walk in the park like he expected and took the easy out because he knew Gane was going to win. We should have had a rematch already as multiple doctors have cleared him, but instead tom keeps milking the injury by getting reports from personal "doctors" (imo he is finding them online or from india) that his eyes are fucked and now saying he needs more time (6+ months) to recover from an eye infection due to Ganes poor personal hygene - first time in the history that an eye poke has resulted in an infectin which shelves a fighter for half the year.

This guy isn't what we thought he was. After all this I'm certain Drunk or Coked up Jon Jones would beat him rather easily in a round.

As far as Tom and the HW division goes. UFC should just scrap the HW division and make it open weight allowing guys like Eddie Hall to come in. They should also just cut Tom and never speak of him again like he is a chris benoit. He is by far the worst HW champion in history.

Skill-wise Jones is miles ahead of Aspinall in every aspect of fighting. Aspinall is a one trick pony, he blitzes you in the first round and has had success so far against the weakest crop of HW's since probably 2005 but that strategy wouldn't work against Jones.

Unfortunately, despite Jones prodigal skills in fighting, he has that bad habit of eye poking his opponents without getting penalized and now it's an integrated part of his game.. and we saw what Aspinalls reaction to an eyepoke is.. so the fight would probably just end up being a no contest.

Am I thinking a literally blind person gonna beat non-blind person? Until we are talking about Frank Dux from Bloodsport it aint happening.
But I know you guys hate John Johnes so much that you gonna rebuild universe and calculus fundamentals if he just says "2+2=4" to prove everyone otherwise

I honestly wouldn't pick anyone on entire UFC roster to beat Jones, its much easier said than done. This is a guy thats never ever been rocked or dropped, let alone knocked out, and thats incredible for fighting at LHW for so long and now HW, to have like 17 UFC title fights and never even been dropped in those weightclasses is unreal.

Jones skill level and talent is the best, I know most people hate him and it makes them think guys like Tom or Gane or Francis would just 1 punch KO him easily, but they aren't thinking clearly. Jones is so tricky and hard to land flush on, it would be even harder for big lumps like that to land, Jones will see it coming a mile off and kick them right in the gut, and next time would level change, I know what Jones is like, I seen it so often. Maybe I'm wrong and they would beat Jones but I would need to see it to believe it. I just feel like they won't land much on him.

Tom would get taken down eventually and then subbed. Bones is a lot stronger at HW, and hasn't taken much of a beating in MMA aside from the first Gus fight.

Never thought he could

But lets run the rematch first

Aspinall would destroy Bum Jones.

That's what one of the staff who's fanboying Tommy thinks so I think the same..

What an absolute shame Jones tucked his tail and ran instead of taking the $30 million and actually proved it.
Funny thing is Jones has nothing to prove to no one, his 17 title wins across multiple eras speak for themselves.

In 2 years from now Aspinall will be a fart in the wind, just another HW jobber. Jon will still be the goat and he'll still have the most title wins in MMA history.

His past allows him the grace to retire and no fighter should have to be made to defend against their any next opponent if they do so.

But handpicking a different defense than your next opponent is a different story. That's where his defenders pick up the double standard of "anything for Jones."
