Do you have a best friend?

I have a group of friends that I have known since I was 13 (now 28). Grew up together, went to universities in the same area, and continue to hang out to this today.

What's kind of sad though is that adult responsibilities kind of get in the way of getting together. We went from hanging out almost every day, to seeing each other once a month. I imagine this will only get worse when people get married, have kids etc.

I'm in a similar situation,my friends and I would hang out all weekend, go lift together yada yada. Now one of them had a kid and had to move away to another state, the other I don't talk to anymore because we got into a fight about how his fiance is a bitch. I said shit that everyone in our group though but no one said until I was like fuck it. Of course he choose her over me and that's just life. Now I just hangout with other people. Friends version 2.0.

I don't have a best friend but I have a small group of great friends that I have known for over 15 years and have been through some shit with. Some of the few people in my life that I trust.

Yup, I've had a bestfriend which went down the wrong path (drugs,criminal instances, etc.), so I dropped 'em.

I'm close with a group of friends, but don't really have a 'bestfriend' anymore.
