Jones ain't young either, and he was in back to back very close fights in his last two before Gane, and the comp wasn't exactly great.

Just because he quickly took down and subbed lazy, no wrestling Gane, doesn't mean anything about how he'll go against Stipe. Stipe is going to be a way harder wrestling challenge than Gane.

Jones has never been some big KO artist either. Stipe 100% has a chance to KO him or bully him on the feet.

Stipe looked good in his last fight ? 3 years ago when he got sent to the shadow realm by Ngannou, after doing no damage nor control to him at all during the fight ?

And of course he hasn't taken damage since, he hasn't fought for 3 full years and is now 42 years old.

I give Stipe a puncher's chance. If he can avoid Bones' takedowns and keeps it standing his chances go up. If JJ gets Stipe down I think JJ wins via submission.

I give him a chance, albeit a small one. Yes, he's older. Jones is no spring chicken himself though. On top of that, it's not like Stipe has taken several beatings over his last few fights.

I don't expect Jones to just run through him, I do think he takes a convincing UD, with Stipe actually having some moments of success.

pressure was always Stipes best weapon , I dont know about his current condition but if he is a little close to what he was in his last fight , I think he will KO Jon.

Yeah he has a chance if he can force a boxing match. I think he should be fine with wrestling considering he's used to wrestling HWs and he has a div 1 background. The issue is if Jones is able to kick him for 5 rounds and just dance around him.
