Do ya'll think the Colby/Jorge beef is fake?--IF so why??

I believe there has to be some realness to it. Why would he go so far with this that he has to leave ATT? If its fake too many people have to be in on it,and it doesnt/hasnt really benefitted the rest of them. You really think Porier wants to put on this act just so that MAYBE 5 yrs later he can fight him for some money? doesnt make any sense.

Also when Mas got knocked out cold,Colby gloated over it live on tv in the audience. I mean who would do that if they were still friends?
 
It's amazing what money will do. Colby's entire career has been based on his "persona" as fake and laughable as that is. It's sad that the UFC values fighters who push promos over anyone else.
 
It's somewhat real real. Roommates often fight and they are fighters in the same division. If it wasn't real then Colby wouldn't have to leave ATT. Even if everyone else in the gym hated him. He could have stayed if he had a main training partner. Jorge walked Colby out and was in his corner for his interim title fight.

I believe they had that small dispute over coaching pay and a little bit of jealousy. Fast forward a few years. That small dispute breeds into real resentment. It is funny that striking coach is now Masvidal's roommate.

Also, i just wanna make something clear, why can't we all share subjects, I get how that would cause problems but everyone should be allowed to share subjects but make them unique as in not copying someone else. i get if you wanna use the message on the forums to recycle into someone's already made forum but by allowing a few same related subjects it'll get an opinion from different people. i beg you Sherdog to consider allowing this as you'll end up with different opinions and everyone's voice to be heard differently like with Covington vs Masvidal, thank you.

Thats the thing I dont understand. For those saying its fake,they got alot of explaining to do to make that argument stick. Too much shit has happened that doesnt benefit ATT at all.

Why are you so defensive, I wasn't accusing you of anything. I was simply posting a link to a thread on the topic at hand, as I figured it might be of interest.

It's not you, it's Sherdog Admins and Moderators. I just want them to know what I have to say as in what thread starters should be allowed to do, you're right it has nothing to do with you and i'm sorry if you think it does. it was just a statement to Sherdog and I was using your link as a reference.

ATT doesn't make money from him leaving. It's probably like a real life dispute. In the beginning everyone around kept quiet until the main actors couldn't squash it. People chose sides then the person who was ostracized decides to leave. Masvidal also gone off script with the gambling addiction accusations. It is probably true since he was using poker analogies when he was cornering Colby for one of his fights. He said something about this match isn't rigged or random like poker. You can decide your own fate.

I would argue that him and Usman pulling a 700k PPV means the exact opposite. It's a good number, isn't it?

Colby is def championship material. Him being a goof doesn't take that away. He's basically elite.

Believing in conspiracy theories is a way for people to feel superior to others, because they “know something” others don’t. Like this is a "fake" beef.

As if Dan Lambert, Dustin Poirer, Joanna, Amanda Nunes, Jorges management and any other ATT fighters are all in on this and keeping it a complete secret and lying in every interview.

Yeah like it doesnt do anything for Joanna and Nunes to have to keep up this dumb pretense. They arent gonna fight Colby.

Well we saw Gustaffson fight like a demon to get the belt,but didnt always look great in other fights. He has to fight some guys who arent shot or under 40
