We always hear about their great cardio and how they do triathlons. But has anybody heard any spcecifics on if they do sprint or full triathlons?

Do they ever post their finishing times or races that they have been in?

Just wondering, while both are impressive, I can’t imagine they have time to train for a full triathlon and fight?

I don't think that has been a problem for the past 6+ years.

Do they even fight anymore?

I would've thought being in triathlon shape could only be a good thing...

They do so much weed that they forget they are tired

I agree, I would just think with so many hours in a day what do they have time for?

Well it just means they're on point regarding cardio work, you can still train for a fight, if you don't have a separate job you have all the time in the world.

i know they have done Olympic distance triathlons a few times.

i dont know how all the triathlons compare. i think the Ironman one is crazy long though.

Good question. There's a huge difference

TS, is your Google broken or something? At least put in 5 minutes of research, FFS.

You ever do cardio while high? It's pretty amazing.

Dude I personally know people who train for triathlons next to working a full time job. There are even housewives completing triathlons.

There's a huge difference between being able to complete a triathlon and actually being competitive in one.

it decreases your fast twitch muscles to train for such a long event. You aren't as fast or explosive if you train for a marathon or the ironman.

I think somebody stole Nick's bike so they probably retired from triathlons

I've read something where there's times are very good, like better than the average person and even other athletes, but below like elite level triathlon competitors who's life that is. If I remember nicks times are also better, which isn't surprising considering he has better cardio in mma. In mma though there are few who can match them, Frankie and maybe Cruz come to mind

He does full triathlons, but has also done at least one half-Ironman and one full Ironman.

Here's one of the half-Ironman results:

Most people who do triathlons and Ironmans have full time jobs. My ex used to do that stuff. You don't have to be world class to participate. You just need to be reasonably fit. A full triathlon is only about half a marathon worth of activity. She did marathons too, and they required more fitness and preparation than the triathlons. She also did one half-Ironman in Hawaii.
